GraphBox™ is a new series of software tools made for teaching graphs and their properties.

GraphBox™ Line is made specifically for teaching the properties of straight lines and the graphical solution of simultaneous equations.

Position the line by dragging

Handle points let you reposition a line by dragging.

So you don't have to type in an equation to set your line, you just drag it to where you want it!

Different forms of the equation

GraphBox-Line will display equations in the 2 standard forms, or simply display the gradient.

In the form y = mx + c:

... or as ax + by = c:

... or showing just the gradient:

Fractional coefficients give the equation as you would want your students to give it.

Hide and reveal

The convenient vertical toolbar lets you hide or reveal different properties as you need to.

When you're teaching you usually need to hide the answer to precisely the thing you're teaching the class to find. If you're asking 'What's the equation of this line?' then you need to be able to hide and show the equation quickly.

One line or two?

Display two lines at once to either compare and contrast line properties or to teach the graphical solution of simultaneous equations.

What else?

• Reposition the axes by dragging the origin to where you want it.

• Change the axes scales by choosing from the toolbar.

• Tabs at the bottom of the screen give you access to 4 sheets, so you've lots of space to work.

• GraphBox-Line remembers your current state, so next time you open the software it will be exactly as you left it.
